1. Scope
These terms apply to your use of Senicure (website, web app and mobile app), provided by Shruti Shah (details in our legal notice). Other terms apply only if we expressly agree to them.
2. What Senicure is — and isn’t
Senicure is a tool to record your pet’s health and care, notice changes, get general guidance about symptoms and prepare information for your vet.
Senicure is not a veterinary service. It doesn’t diagnose, prescribe or recommend doses. AI guidance is general information, can be incomplete or wrong and doesn’t replace an examination. In an emergency, contact your vet or an emergency clinic immediately — don’t wait for the app.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16. Keep your details accurate and your password secret.
- People you invite to share care can see and edit the shared pet’s data. You can remove their access anytime.
- Accounts are personal; subscriptions and the trial can’t be transferred.
4. Plans and prices
- Free: no charge, with the limits shown on our pricing page.
- Companion: $14.99 per month or $129.99 per year (customers in the EU: €12.99 or €119.99).
- Guardian Pro: $26.99 per month or $219.99 per year (customers in the EU: €24.99 or €199.99).
- Clinic (for veterinary practices): $74.99 per month or $649.99 per year (customers in the EU: €69.99 or €599.99).
Checkout uses your country: US-dollar prices for customers in the US (applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout), euro prices including VAT for customers in the EU. Payment is in advance via our payment provider Stripe.
Free trial
An account’s first paid subscription comes with 14 free days, without a payment method. If you don’t start a paid subscription by the end of the trial, it ends automatically and your account continues on Free. You won’t be charged.
5. Term and cancellation
- Monthly plans renew each month and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the current month.
- Yearly plans run for an initial year. After that they continue on a rolling basis and can be cancelled anytime with one month’s notice; we refund prepaid amounts for the time after the contract ends on a pro-rata basis.
- Cancel online in your account or by email. Afterwards your account moves to Free; your data stays until you delete it.
- We may terminate with one month’s notice to the end of a billing period; termination for cause remains possible.
6. Existing founding memberships
The founding-member offer has ended. Memberships purchased under that offer before October 30, 2026 keep their agreed price and the refund terms agreed at the time, for as long as they continue without interruption.
7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, starting from the day the contract is concluded. A clear statement is enough (e.g. an email to legal@senicure.com).
If you withdraw, we refund all payments without undue delay and within 14 days at the latest, using the original payment method. If you asked for the service to start during the withdrawal period, you pay a proportionate amount for what was provided until you withdrew. 8. Your content
What you enter is yours. You grant us the rights we need to run Senicure for you (store, process, display, share with people you choose). You can export and delete your data anytime. Details in our privacy policy.
9. Fair use
Use Senicure for caring for your own pets or pets you look after. Automated bulk requests, attacks on security and uploading unlawful content are not allowed. “Unlimited” AI guidance is subject to fair use that doesn’t limit normal personal care.
10. Availability and development
We keep improving Senicure. Features may change as long as the core of your plan stays. We aim for high availability and announce maintenance in advance where we can.
11. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under product liability law. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
Because Senicure doesn’t replace a veterinary examination, decisions about treatment and vet visits remain with you and your vet.
12. Changes to these terms
We’ll email you at least six weeks before a change. If you don’t object, the change applies; if you object, you can cancel as of the change date. We only change core terms (price, main features) with your agreement.
13. Governing law
German law applies. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. For consumer dispute resolution see our legal notice.
